CMS1025V-MDU is multiplexer/de-multiplexer board based on WDM technology, it is pluggable in CMS1025V series chassis. MDU card can be customized to support any kinds of C/DWDM system. With MDU card, all function cards for C/DWDM systems will be integrated in one platform, also MDU card's wavelength information can be displayed in GUI and SNMP, this will be helpful for system installation and maintain.

Application
MDU card, in combination with CMS1025V OTU200G-C,OTU10G,EDFA and OLP card, it can form any kinds of powerful WDM transmission link in point-to-point, linear chain, or ring network configuration. With Special design WDM card, one fiber BIDI CWDM system, even amplified BIDI DWDM system can be support. MDU card is a good option to save fiber resource but also support huge bandwidth traffic.
